Kangaroos (Walkers to 3 years with a parent)
The Kangaroos class is designed to enhance fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and muscle coordination while promoting physical, mental and social development. Music, basic gymnastics movements, and games create a fun and healthy atmosphere for you and your child.

Tadpoles (2-3 years)
The Tadpoles class is open to boys and girls who are ready to venture into the gym and follow instruction without parental assistance. This class continues to enhance your child's fine and gross motor skills, social skills, strength and coordination through the utilization of beginner gymnastics equipment, and obstacle courses that emphasize climbing, hanging, jumping, running, and rolling in a fun and safe environment.

Cubs (3-4 years)
The Cubs class is designed to further enhance your child's developing strength and coordination by introducing basic tumbling skills and gymnastics positions. Games, obstacle courses and music combine to create a fun and safe atmosphere.

Tigers (4-5 years)
Twister's offers the Tigers class in either a co-ed or single sex environment. This class is designed to create a fun, safe, and challenging experience for your child. S/he will play games, conquer obstacle courses, and learn developmental gymnastics skills with an introduction to competitive gymnastics equipment.

Monkey's (Beginner 4-5 years)
Twisters is proud to present "Monkey's". A program for age 4-5 beginner's boys and girls who are brand new to gymnastics.

Mini & Mighty Twisters (Advanced 4-5 years)
The Mini-Twisters program is an accelerated class offered by invitation for girls, while the Mighty-Twisters are offered for boys. Both programs meet 2x a week and are open to children who demonstrate early indications of success in the sport of gymnastics. These indicators may include above average strength, flexibility, coordination, self-discipline or enthusiasm. Girls and Boys who complete the program will automatically advance to the competitive team.
